Triwest finally came through !

After the call from the Manager, Congressional Relations & Customer Grievances at Triwest yesterday, I received a phone call from the Triwest Escalation Dept today.  They got us an appointment finally with the surgeon for this month. We couldn't be happier.

Now it's time for you to get what you need.  Call, email and do whatever it takes to get yourself taken care of.
